General Provisions

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on aj77, you must create a single registered player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) aj77 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances within them forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aj77 login credentials, including your username and password. 3.3 Account Currency

All aj77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. aj77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

KYC Identity Verification

Deposits & Payment Methods

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion. Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated completion window, will result in the automatic removal of the bonus and any associated winnings from the player's account.

Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Limitation of Liability

Account Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the aj77 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.1 Internal Dispute Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you must first attempt to resolve any dispute with aj77 through our internal process: (1) Contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of the dispute; (2) Allow us 5 business days to investigate and provide an initial response; (3) If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate the matter in writing to our management team and allow a further 10 business days for final resolution.

Amendments to These Terms

aj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent on-site notification.
